Message for U.S. Citizens March 22, 2020 Government of Kenya Announces Suspension of International Flights
The Government of Kenya announced this evening that it will be suspending all international flights in and out of Kenya effective midnight on Wednesday, March 25th. Cargo planes will not be affected. Those coming into the country between now and Wednesday will undergo mandatory quarantine at a government designated facility at the passenger’s own expense.
Effective today, midnight, all bars are closed until further notice. Restaurants will remain open for take away service only. Services at churches, mosques, and other large gatherings are suspended. Weddings and funerals are restricted to immediate family members only.
