Health and Travel Alert: Updated Travel Requirements for Kenya

Location: Kenya, countrywide

Event: Kenya’s Ministry of Health announced all fully vaccinated passengers arriving in Kenya will be exempted from COVID-19 PCR testing. Unvaccinated travelers over the age of 5 years must have a negative COVID-19 PCR test 72 hours before departure. They will also be required to take a rapid antigen test at their own cost ($30) upon arrival. Any person who tests positive will have a PCR test administered at their own cost ($50) and self-isolate.
Masks are not required in public spaces, however, masks are encouraged for all indoor functions.
